PPI was incorporated in August 2003 as a marketing company of unique all natural pet products focused on oral care. The first 24 months mainly involved testing markets and product development and performance.

PPI has actively pursued various marketing strategies, including Radio, TV (over 1,000 spots on Animal Planet), business magazines including Pet Product News, Pet Business, Groomer to Groomer & Pet Age. PPI actively is in many direct to the consumer marketing magazines including Best Friends, Body and Soul, Vegetarian Times, Ode, H20, Alternative Solutions, AKC Gazette & Family, Animal Wellness, Utne, millions of in-pack ads and many others. As a result customers of Groomers, Pet Stores, Veterinarians and many involved in the pet care industry have been made aware of PetzLife. PPI was featured in Pet Age (Winner of the Pinnacle Award) and Groomer to Groomer Magazines with 100's of interested inquires to offer PPI's products. This interest prompted current attractive wholesale pricing and point of purchase display packaging.

To this date we are happy to report PetzLife oral care products have been a huge success, we have sold over 1.5 million bottles and are in over 9,000 retail locations. The reason for our fantastic success;

About: Dr. Patel

Dr. Ashok Patel earned a Ph.D. in bio-chemistry, specializing in the study of how the human body interacts on a chemical level. He was continually drawn to study how natural oils and extracts can be more beneficial than chemical compounds in affecting overall health.

Dr. Patel did his under-graduate studies at the University of Birmingham in England and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Biochemistry and earned his Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Wales in Cardiff, Wales. All this between 1976 and 1982. After moving to Minnesota he realized he needed a better understanding of the business world so attended the College of St. Thomas, of St. Paul MN. In 1987 & 1988 and graduated with an MBA degree in 1988.

"I love coming up with new ideas, developing them, and watching them grow into products to be put on the market. It has made my work feel like a hobby."

Dr. Patel's love of biochemistry has already greatly aided Lifproducts and PetzLife Products market new innovative products not only for the pet industry but now for humans as well with the introduction of F'rst Defenz.

Dr. Patel's quest for pure ingredients compelled him to purchase for his "state of the art" laboratory & Manufacturing company (Centre Manufacturing) a highly-specialized machine from Germany that will allow him to extract oils from seeds at optimum therapeutic value. His research with Neem Oil, Rosemary Oil, Grape seed Oil, Thyme Oil, Grapefruit seed extract and Peppermint Oil are extensive and date back for over 20 years.
